This grain filled loaf is tasty, soft and nutritious. Five hard grains (linseed, whole wheat, pearl barley, kibbled rye and kibbled wheat) are soaked for 24 hours before the dough is mixed, when the soft oily (sesame, poppy, sunflower and pumpkin) seeds and kernels are added. This fabulous moist heavily seeded loaf lasts a good week unless guests drop in.
