Spiced Rye Sourdough (D2)
Caraway rye with cumin and coriander. An unusual bread, marvellous with meats and cheeses, soups, avocado, feta... just about anything in my view! More hearty than the house white without the seed dominance of the soaked seeds, I enjoy the hardening crust as it ages. It adds a pleasure of childhood memories. It's also fabulous soft and fresh with a cheese platter.
