Workshops
From culture to crust sourdough workshop. Experience hands on expanding the wild yeast (the live sourdough culture) and making a dough from wild yeast, flour, salt and water: mixing, kneading and folding a dough ready for first prove. Shape loaves for final proof, and slash and bake mature doughs.
Enjoy refreshments & sustenance of freshly baked sourdough delights. Take home a bakers’ starter pack of wild yeast starter, 1kg organic flour, sourdough recipe as well as the dough you made to bake at home and the loaf you slashed and baked. Bring a basket or box to carry your wares home, there's more than an armful to manage at the end of this workshop!
No need to bring an apron, I have plenty.
Cost is $220 per person or $400 for two. Group can be between 3 and 7 participants.
Cancellations and Refunds
Workshops may be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, in which case you will be offered another workshop date or a full refund. If you cancel 7 or more days prior to the workshop date you will incur a 10% administration fee, cancellation less than 7 days prior to the workshop date will not be refunded.
